This is a passion project to design a mountain getaway. Inspired by the beauty of nature, this retreat aims to blend comfort with breathtaking views, providing a serene escape from everyday life.

I developed a 3D visualization for a remodeling project while it was still under construction. This 3D visualization allowed the rental property to be showcased to the public during the construction period. With the provided floorplan specifications, I virtually designed and staged the property to boost interest. It's a way to engage potential tenants and highlight the property's potential.  

I was hired to help a real estate business owner remodel and design their townhouses into student housing for Fordham University students. My design process was planned as follows: 1) initial consultation to understand my client’s goals and preferences, 2) research and concept development, 3) collaboration and discussion with stakeholders, 4) finalizing designs and creating specification sheets for construction, 5) sourcing materials and furniture for installation, and 6) going through in-progress and final walkthrough of the site.

During my work at Victoria Hagan Interiors, I was involved in project research, analysis, and project organization to ensure smooth project execution. I have a keen eye for selecting fabrics and finishing to provide harmonious mood boards, organizing the material library, and excelling at vendor communications.

Miniature World is a museum that wants to capture the world in tiny forms, allowing visitors to encounter and admire landmarks, history, and the atmosphere of the country. As a 3D modeler at Minature World, I was in charge of creating mass models of architectural landmarks and linework construction specs to custom-build models and exhibition tables.
